Communication

All communication and details concerning commissioned pieces is to be done through my professional e-mail. This assures that I have a running thread of communications between myself and my clients that is centrally located and easy to access.

Revisions & Editing

Major revisions such as pose adjustments, addition of backgrounds, weapons, or large elements should be communicated after the initial sketch is completed. Clients with larger, more detailed pieces will receive multiple updates on the status of their commission. However, any major revisions must be made before the piece reaches 50% completionMinor revisions such as color adjustments, accents, and small effects can be made at any point in the commission process. No further revisions will be made three days after the piece is completed.

Payment

Method

All payments are received via Paypal. Please refrain from sending payment until I have sent you an invoice. If payment is sent before an invoice it will be declined so we can start again. The commissioner is responsible for the fee of the Paypal transaction (~4%).I will not deliver the completed piece until payment is delivered in full. There is a 50% deposit due on commissions greater than $15.Prices vary and are subject to change depending on additional elements and complexity of the piece.

Queues

Commissions are completed in the order they are received. Deposits secure a commissioners spot in the queue. A queue is implemented when I have received multiple commissions. As I move through the queue, a commissioner will be updated on their status within the queue. The time it takes to complete a commission depends entirely upon the complexity of the piece and the number of projects going on simultaneously. Works in progress (WIPs) updates will be given to commissioners at regular intervals to update them on the status of their commission and give them the opportunity to revise or alter the direction of the piece.Any emergencies, delays, or alterations of the time frame estimated to complete a commission will be communicated via e-mail.

Refunds

A commissioner may request a full refund up to 10 hours after payment has been sent. After the grace period has expired refunds are non refundable. If I have reached the halfway point in a commission, and you have paid the 50% deposit and found you are no longer interested in the piece I will be unable to refund you the 50% deposit, but will not charge the remaining costs.Completed commission pieces are NOT refundable. Discrepancies or dissatisfaction with a piece should be discussed and addressed with WIPs that I provide throughout the creative process. A commissioner is responsible for voicing their concerns and providing clear direction for a piece.

Use

Reposting & Editing

Reposting and editing is permitted with a source and expressed written consent from myself. Commissions are permitted to be used in graphics, personas, or character pages with explicit sourcing.

Resale

A client is not permitted to trace, copy, reproduce, or otherwise commercially resell artwork without explicit written consent. Resale or creative partnership should be approached with transparency and open communication between the artist and the client. Standard prices are not reflective of commercial use.
